RC and JE Forklift, a well-established regional provider of forklift services and sales, recognized that their existing website no longer reflected the full scope and professionalism of their operations.

The Ask

The client, a long-standing forklift service provider and equipment dealer, came to us with a clear challenge: their online presence no longer matched the professionalism, scale, or efficiency of their day-to-day operations.

Their existing site was outdated, hard to navigate, and failed to effectively promote their core offerings—forklift service and repairs, parts sales, and new and used forklift inventory. With more customers turning to online research and digital channels for purchasing and support, the client knew they needed to modernize to remain competitive.

Beyond the website, they also wanted to create a more cohesive brand experience, implement email marketing, and run targeted ad campaigns to generate leads and drive more traffic.

They needed us to:

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Developed a bold, industrial-themed color palette using deep grays, and warm orange for an authoritative but approachable tone

  • Chose strong, highly legible typography for a no-nonsense aesthetic that works well in technical and industrial environments

Website & UX Design

  • Structured the homepage to immediately direct visitors to their primary needs: buy a forklift, order parts, or schedule service

  • Created individual landing pages for each service type, with clear CTAs and explanation of benefits

  • Designed a searchable product catalog to feature available forklifts and parts, with filtering by type, size, condition, and availability

  • Implemented an easy-to-use quote request system and a quick-call button for mobile users

  • Optimized every page for speed, clarity, and mobile responsiveness, ensuring it performed well in the field as well as in the office

Marketing Integration

  • Set up a Google Ads campaign strategy targeting keywords around forklift repair, parts, and local equipment sales, driving qualified traffic to high-converting landing pages

  • Built and designed a branded newsletter template and set up automated campaigns using segmented lists for prospects and existing customers

  • Integrated newsletter signups and promotional banners throughout the site to grow the email list organically

  • Monitored ad performance and adjusted targeting based on high-performing service and product keywords
