The Ask
The client approached us to help launch a new digital platform focused on helping seniors and caregivers explore and enroll in Medicare Advantage plans. As a new entrant in the Medicare space, they needed a full brand and web presence that would build immediate trust, simplify a complex decision-making process, and position them as a friendly, reliable guide in an often overwhelming industry.
Medicare Advantage can be difficult to navigate—especially for users who are not tech-savvy or are already dealing with healthcare-related stress. The client’s goal was to create an experience that was clear, compassionate, and conversion-focused, providing users with the tools and information needed to make confident choices.
