Our web design process for Care Express focused on understanding their brand, audience, and goals.

The client approached us to help launch a new digital platform focused on helping seniors and caregivers explore and enroll in Medicare Advantage plans. As a new entrant in the Medicare space, they needed a full brand and web presence that would build immediate trust, simplify a complex decision-making process, and position them as a friendly, reliable guide in an often overwhelming industry.

Medicare Advantage can be difficult to navigate—especially for users who are not tech-savvy or are already dealing with healthcare-related stress. The client’s goal was to create an experience that was clear, compassionate, and conversion-focused, providing users with the tools and information needed to make confident choices.

They needed us to:

• Design a distinct, professional logo and full brand identity that would resonate with an older demographic while still feeling modern and trustworthy

• Build a user-friendly, mobile-optimized website that explained Medicare Advantage in simple, jargon-free language

• Create intuitive paths for users to explore plan options, understand eligibility, and connect with licensed advisors

• Ensure the site was built with compliance, accessibility (ADA), and clarity at its core

• Design the experience for multiple user types—including individual seniors, adult children researching on their behalf, and insurance partners

Logo & Branding

• Designed a custom logo that conveyed ease and support, incorporating friendly curves and a professional tone

• Created a color palette of calming blues to reflect wellness, trust, and balance, paired with high-contrast accent colors for accessibility

• Selected easy-to-read typography with generous spacing, optimized for legibility across all screen sizes

• Built a cohesive brand system including iconography, visual patterns, photography guidelines, and brand voice direction

Website Design & UX

• Structured the website around a guided user journey—leading visitors from education to exploration to enrollment

• Wrote and organized content to demystify Medicare Advantage, using plain language and visual aids to break down complex topics

• Designed custom tools and calls-to-action that helped users schedule a consultation, or call for live support

• Included a robust FAQ section, testimonials, and callouts for trust-building content like advisor bios and licensing info

• Prioritized ADA accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and fast load times for all users

• Built the site on a scalable CMS, giving the client freedom to update plans, add resources, and expand content over time
