The client needed a modern, user-friendly website to help seniors and caregivers compare and enroll in Medicare plans.

The Ask

The client approached us with a critical mission: to design a trustworthy, easy-to-use website that would help users navigate the often confusing world of Medicare plans. As a new player in the health insurance space, they needed to quickly establish credibility and build a platform that could educate, guide, and convert users—many of whom are older adults with varying levels of digital literacy.

Our job was to bring their vision to life through a full digital brand identity and user-centric website that could:

  • Clearly explain complex information about Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Supplement plans without overwhelming users

  • Build instant trust with a demographic that is often skeptical of online insurance resources

  • Generate qualified leads through strategically placed CTAs, educational content, and conversion funnels

  • Create a flexible and scalable digital platform that could grow with the company as they expand offerings or add new tools

The Approach

Branding & Logo Design

  • Developed a calming and credible brand identity built around trust and clarity

  • Chose a color palette that’s ADA-compliant, soothing (soft blues, greens, and neutrals), and reflective of wellness and reliability

  • Established typography guidelines with large, legible type for readability across all devices

  • Conducted audience research to inform a step-by-step plan selection flow, minimizing decision fatigue

  • Designed clear CTAs and modular content blocks to guide users toward getting a quote or speaking with an advisor

  • Ensured ADA compliance and WCAG accessibility standards throughout design and code
